- Camera charges
- Garden’s and Other’s Tickets and expenses
- Anything not mentioned in inclusions
- Any cost arising due to:
- Natural calamities (road blockages, climate issues)
- Political issues (strikes, Harthal, etc.)
- Man-made calamities
- Hospital emergency expenses
- Any extra expenses due to unforeseen circumstances
💰PAYMENT POLICY
✅ Advance Payment:
A percentage of the total tour cost, often 25% to 50%, is required at the time of booking to confirm services.
✅ Remaining Balance
Balance should be paid at the time of check in Room in First Day Before starting tour

•If Cancellations are made before 2 weeks of
the trip, 50% of advance amount will be
charged as cancellation fees.
• If Cancellations are made before 1 week of
the trip, 75% of advance amount will be
charged as cancellation fees.
• If Cancellations are made within 1 week of
the trip, 100% of advance amount will be
charged as cancellation fees
